4 Ways to help your business stand out

Part of Marketing's role is to help steal the limelight and be at the front of your audiences minds. With so many brands competing against one another and social media channels becoming over populated, what can you do to stand out?

1. Be different

Take a look at your proposition, offering and brand - is it different to what your competition is offering? If the answer is no, you are more than likely blending in! Think about what you are better at? Or how you can bring creativity into your Marketing branding and communications - dare to be different.

2. Don't put all your eggs in one basket

If you rely heavily on one channel to sell your services i.e. social media as an example its time to spread your wings. Focusing on one channel means you are limiting your exposure - think about investing in other channels as part of your cohesive strategy such as SEO, email, google ads and even traditional methods could be great.

3. Go big of customer experience

Think about how you can provide wow factor within the full customer journey. This could be just ensuring you are communicating to them throughout the full process and letting them know you care. Or it could be adding additional extras which will make them feel special. If you don't know how to keep them satisfied - ask them. Customer feedback is a must. The more you focus on your customers experience strategy the more likely they will recommend you to their friends and colleagues.

4. Look past the numbers

I probably don't need to tell you this but its far more valuable to have 100 loyal customers than 1000 strolling strangers - it is not a numbers game. This links in with point 3 about serving your existing customers well.

Need help? We can help you with everything Marketing - from branding, strategy and planning, social media, SEO, websites or even more traditional marketing - you name it.
