Sometimes it can be off putting when you land on a site and you have no clue what the offering is. Its important to think of the user journey so a visitor can find what they are looking for.

• Engagement – this is really key. You want to make your content on your website interesting so that your visitors want to stay on your site and read more. Videos, blogs and new content are good for this.

• Conversion – the most important area of the pie. It is important to have a hook on your page so that your are providing something of value to get something in return. Whether that is contact details? Your contact details must be very easy to find.
